& cancel

FIRST

Find the appointment confirmation email you received from the day your appointment was scheduled. There will be a button at the bottom of the email where you can select to cancel your appointment.

SECOND

Select to CANCEL your appointment, even though you want to reschedule! Since my schedule stays full you will not be able to select a new date online, and I will have to call you to select a new appointment date.

THIRD

Either text or email me to be rescheduled. You MUST ​send me a follow up message to be contacted to reschedule. If you cancel your appointment without further contacting me I am to assume you no longer want this appointment.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT CORRECTLY. Any appointment not cancelled correctly are considered a no call/no show.

Remember, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you cancel your appointment within the proper amount of time your deposit will rollover to ONE rescheduled appointment. If you no longer wish to be tattooed by me you do not get your deposit back.
