DEPOSITS

✻ ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE.

✻ A $100 deposit is required to schedule any appointment.
The deposit is an agreement that I will be available and ready and that you will be here at your appointment time. The deposit comes off the total cost of your appointment and is not an extra fee. Lower deposits are taken for appointments that cost less than $100.

✻ Deposits expire after 1 year.

✻ Those who attempt to have deposits refunded or create issues with this policy will be refunded and banned from scheduling indefinitely.

Reschedules &

CANCELLATIONS

✻ I have a very strict 15 minute late policy. My days are packed tightly in order to be the most time efficient, and anything beyond 15 minutes can truly throw off the rest of my day.

✻ Excessive lateness, reschedules & cancellations are subject to lost deposits, additional fees and scheduling bans.

✻ Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in the loss of your $100 deposit.
A new $100 non-refundable deposit will have to be left to reschedule a new appointment.

✻ To reschedule/cancel your appointment, you must do it yourself through the link in your confirmation email. The link says ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’, and you will select this even though you want to reschedule. Once you’ve done this, either text or email me to let me know when you’d like to reschedule.

✻ NO CALL / NO SHOWS ARE TIME THEFT AND ARE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY.

✻ No call / no showing any type of appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and banning from scheduling appointments indefinitely.
Emergencies void this policy, just make sure to communicate with me.

& Health requirements 

Do not bring children to your appointment. If you are unable to find childcare for the duration of your appointment please let me know within the acceptable amount of time before your appointment and we can reschedule. If you bring a child to your appointment that will be considered a last minute cancellation and you will lose your $100 deposit and have to leave a new non-refundable $100 deposit to reschedule.

I am unable to tattoo over traumatized skin. Examples include but are not limited to sunburn, blemishes, abrasions, or any abnormalities that can affect the healing process.

✻ If you are sick, please do not come in and reschedule your appointment as described above.

Healing is your responsibility.
I do everything to ensure an uneventful healing process, however it is your responsibility to follow the aftercare guidelines and use the aftercare products that I give you.

I reserve the right to revoke the free touchup per policy violation or violation of personal boundaries.
